Free Shipping on orders over $150cad before taxes to Canada and USA.

Many products can be flat packed and sent via lettermail. This is a cost effective option available for qualifying orders at checkout.*
Please note there is no tracking for this option.

1-100g - $3
100-200g - $4.25
200g–399g - $8.50
400g–599g - $12.75

USA:
1-100g - $4
100-200g $6.50

*If you have an order with multiple items that doesn't qualify for lettermail or free shipping, it may be worth considering splitting your order into two separate shipments. By doing so, you might qualify for lettermail rates, which are often less expensive than regular shipping rates.

Local pickup in Whitehorse Yukon. Option will be available at checkout.

If your order cannot fit in an oversized envelope or if you require tracking on your package, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Orders will usually be sent out within 1-3 business days. 

Orders are being shipped from the Yukon, this may impact your delivery time and we ask that you allow for a little longer for your order to arrive.

In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing or is undelivered, we will gladly assist in any way possible to locate the missing package. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages. Therefore, we encourage you to contact your local post office in the event of a non-delivery. To avoid theft, we recommend always shipping to a secure address.

Sometimes there are duties, taxes or fees due depending on what country you live in. Please check your customs regulations.

Unshipped:

If the order has not yet shipped, you can request to cancel the order and receive a full refund. However, this may not apply to custom orders.

Shipped:

If the order has already shipped, you can still return the items, but you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Once the product has been received in its original condition, you will be refunded for the order.
