I would like to resolve any issues that arise. Please contact me if there is anything wrong with your order.
Cancellations and exchanges
If the order has not yet shipped, you can request to cancel the order and receive a full refund. However, this may not apply to custom orders.
If the order has already shipped, you can still return the items, but you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Once the product has been received in its original condition, you will be refunded for the order.
- Custom orders will be 15% higher in price.
- Orders will be taken on a first paid/ first serve method.
- I will try to complete custom orders within 2 weeks of payment. I will let you know if it will take longer.
- I may or may not take on projects if the inquiry is to design an entirely new product. It depends on the project.
